When we started we found that many smaller businesses felt unable to communicate with Accountants in the larger practices. They felt that they often did not receive the individual service that they would like.

You would be usually able to talk to one of the Partners  about your business, rather than being given a junior member of staff as your contact, and we always try to answer your questions as they are asked, rather than a receptionist passing messages on and you waiting for days or weeks for a reply.
